The youth of today are facing an exponential need to develop the necessary skills for the jobs of tomorrow. In this research paper, we will be tackling the risks of failing to bridge the gap between skills and employability by addressing the role of education, corporations, and government, among others. Relevant people within the industry will try to answer the question of ‘how can we prepare the youth of today for the jobs of tomorrow?’ within the context of technology development and the reshaping of work post-pandemic.
